ok i got a 92 civic 4 door lx with auto tranny. i repleacd the starter, spark plugs and wires. fule pump is still good. now it wants to crank over but it wont start still battery and alternator are also good. it turns over gets spark and everything just wont completly kick of it almost does then just bogs out and cuts off. has full oil in il all though i did put to much in it but drained it out. any suggestions?

Do you know for a fact its getting fuel? What about timing?

If you've checked the basic three: fuel, spark, and compression then move onto checking the cam timing IMO.
