ok and maybe ecu's are tricky to say they might not look damaged but they could have one thing not soldered right on the board and it will not let alot work.. so no telling without looking at the car and board...

***Issue Resolved***

I got my wiring harness changed to a SOHC V-TEC wiring harness and also got my ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature) Sensor replaced. Now car starts up without stalling! After reading this, it made sense:

Cool, I had a hunch it was the coolant temp sensor. Glad it's working better.
