HELP WITH 92 HATCH
HAVE A 93 HATCH WITH A B18C BOTTOM END AND A P30 SPOON ECU IT RAN FINE SINCE I GOT IT. NOW AFTER I GET INTO IT AFTER I SLOW DOWN AND AM SITTING AT A LIGHT AND REV IT UP TO 3,000 RPMS IT ACTS LIKE IT TACKING OUT BUT IF I SHUT OF THE CAR AND START IT BACK UP IT DOES NOT DO IT ANYMORE TILL I GET ON IT AGAIN ANY IDEAS WHATIT IS I WAS THINK MY ECU BUT NOT SURE IT IS NOT CHIPPED STOKC SPOON P30 THNAKS

The ecu is a p30 on the side of it is say p30 spoon i opened up the ecu and dont see and chips so there is not no cheap ebay shit ok and thisis not my car its a friends 93 hatch i got the 92 thanks for your help

Could you better explain the problem? I have never heard the term "Tacking out"? are you refering to a rev limiter? Do you have any check engine lights or is the car smoking at all?

post a pic of the "spoon ECU" then. but you have to have a piece of paper w/ your user name and date in the pic too, for authenticity. otherwise GTFO with your cheap ebay knockoff shit.

I've seen lots of ECUs with Spoon stickers on them. None of them were legit as far as I could tell. You probably don't think there is a chip inside because whoever installed it didn't use a socket for the chip.
Reset the ECU and see what happens.
