any mod is illegal but cops wont fuck with u. Also Halo is just a ring around the light LED are LED's. there are many types of Halo and one is the LED version, but you need to find what kind fit your car, and that will look good not EBAY BS from china

I would rather this kid drive his car slow with a light show gonig on then have him thinking hes driving a race car with his new intake. OP you will fail inspections and most likely get tickets if you modify your headlights. Get some racing stripes and a body kit instead.

HID retrofits are a big attention getter because the beam pattern is horrible with the stock reflectors. HID bulbs and incandescent reflectors are not a good match. Keep that in mind.
