H22 plug problem
 
I just recently replaced my plugs and wires....while taking out the cylinder 3 and 4 plugs i noticed they were covered in oil.....i was told that it i need new spark plug seals....is this true or is it something other than that....my car runs like shit....it hesitates a lot.....help is greatly appreciated

yes you need new seals. Bap Geon has them for like 15 bucks

yes, because your plugs are saturated with oil. You might as well get some new plugs too they are most likely fouled

thats a really simple fix. do the valve cover gasket while your doing it.
