H22 ECU on B16A ?
Has anyone heard of or tried to use an H22 ECU with a JDM B16A? seems like it would raise the rev limiter etc. not sure though, need some feedback.

B16 should have a higher rev limit than an H22, and the fueling and ignition will be off. It will probably work, but not work well.. For the cheap price of a chipped P28, you can have a much better solution to run your B16..

Assuming that the sensors are similar enough for the maps and routines to work, yes. It's really not worth the headache though when a P28 can be had for $100 just about everywhere now..
