h beams or i beams in a built ls?
im having a tough choice on picking weather or not to get h beams or the i beams on my ls, im building to get get an easy 300 hp by boosting it and fully build the motor. i have been told h beams are the best but im not positive. any ideas?

300 HP isn't very much, and any rod that is rated for that amount of power will work fine regardless of whether it is H- or I-beam. "Better" doesn't really exist in this context, and there are top level engine component manufacturers that make both types. Happily, that also means you can base your decision on other important things like weight.

Base your decision on the cheapest from a known good manufacturer, since the power goal you're shooting for.
