3/4 inch impact with a powerful enough compressor. if that doesnt work then yer doin it wrong

Snap on makes a special tool to hold the pulley still. Or my method i use a chain wrench to hold the pulley still and use a breaker bar usually with a 3 ft piece of pipe on the end for more leverage.

you can take the starter out and stick a big crow bar in there to keep the crank for moving. that's the bad way to do it, but it works.

honda uses a special tool to hold the crank while you take it off. it's worth it.
