Default GSR problems.... need help ASAP

ok so the car had been sitting for a long time and i just got it back on the road and it was running fine there was a little noise from the head i thought it needed a slight valve adjustment no big deal i didnt plan on racing the car or any thing like that and it smoked a tiny bit from time to time when i go to accelerate. so i replaced the plugs for a tune up a week ago noticed it was back firing a little in between shifts didnt think much of it. so tonight i get home check the oil and its a little low which i figured because it had been smoking a little so i put some lucas engine treatment in it to fill up and help it stop smoking and now it wont run..... i go to start in and it bogs to 5 or 600rpm and keeps cutting off checked the spark plugs and they are burnt up does anyone have any idea what the hell is wrong or and ideas on how i might be able to trouble shoot this anything will help thank you for your time.

i think i fixed it the timing seemed to be a little off the distributer was pushed all the way up and i loosened in and put it dead center then i cleaned the dirty ass IACV valve and the seemed to fix the problem i did a compression test and it came back:

Cyl 1: 268
Cyl 2: 265
Cyl 3: 265
Cly 4: 260

so i doubt it has a bent valve or that the valve lash is out of wack or the rings have gone bad the compression seems to be pretty uniformed thanks for all you guy's help
