so you fixed the leaks. Your car holds pressure. and your fan works....I fail to see a problem here?

If you are having no actual problems I wouldnt worry about it. Im sure you have a pressure release radiator cap so you should be fine.

18psi = 1.24 bar......stock cap is rated at 1.1 bar = 16psi
as long as temp doesn't get high your fine
just make sure you don't have any air bubbles

I know Mark personally and the thing that caught my eye was the aluminum radiator is really "swollen" compared to when he put it in. Maybe you are fooling yourself, I would throw this topic up on Honda-Tech where you can get a lot more feedback. After all, the technical support on this site has kinda faded away. (no offense to anyone who offers to help). Good luck dude!

i like that answer
the only other thing that it could be is a HG issue or leaking sleeve
but might be one of those things you have to see in person
the psi sounds a little high(for stock) but if a diff. rad cap is on the pressure is going to be higher(IIRC, helps with cooling, raises boiling point)

As I think it is. I don't think he is looking for an online diagnosis, more or less a direction to look.

yea sounds like it
but what do mean the rad looks "swollen"?
like the rad itself or the hoses?

It is an aluminum rad, which was perfectly flat on the top when installed. Well now, its rounded, swollen up, puffed up, etc.
