Default Fuel Vapors inside car

For the last 8 months since I bought my Civic, for about 30 min after I fill it up I can smell gas fumes inside the car. I doubt its the injectors car I've recently had those replaced. I'm thinking it may be something to do with the fuel lines, fuel pump..etc.

When I open the hood with the car running, I can't smell it AS much as when I'm in the car so I'm guessing it may be the fuel pump.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hmm. Charcoal canister problem maybe. Or fuel pump bulkhead plate seal. Or fuel fill tube leak.

Thanks!
I'll check that asap. Would you know if there are any negative long term effects of this if it is in fact one of those things (besides my health haha)?
