Focus Brake Help

Got an 02 Focus ZX5. Thinking about converting from front disc/rear drum to four discs. Anyone know how hard it is to convert a drum brake setup to a disk one? Or how expensive it is? I know nothing about it (yet) so any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
