Default f22 question

I have a 96 prelude with the sohc f22a motor in it. I was wondering if I would be able to put a sohc vtec head from a 94 accord with has a f22b on it and would the ecu from the accord work with the prelude? or why would it not work? thanks

you can put the f22b in your prelude and you can use the accord ecu but the accord ecu is obd1 and your prelude is obd2. so you will need a conversion harness, see rywire.com for more info on that. also you will have to use your preludes current distributer if you can. not sure if it will work on a vtec head. there are a few wiring connectors that wont match up between obd1 and obd2. cb7tuner.com might be able to help you more then me, those guys know the f22 way more than i do. Although that site is based more on the 90-93 accord (cb7) they can still help you out im sure
