f22 head what to use?????

first of all its a f22 what one vtec. non vtec. sohc dohc ? and the obvious would be valve springs and retainers if you cross 300 whp and rev passed 7k a valve will float

well easy ive done several f22 sohc...jus like if you take a b series and turbo it once you cross 400whp or 15psi and rev passed 8k you can have valve float or should i say the springs and retainers will fail
