f22 cam is locked up

I was just driveing down the road after changing the oil, and the timing belt snapped. Upon futher diagnosis found the cam wont turn and it must have ripped the timing belt. Is it a bent or broken valve or what?? What is typicly the problem when a cam locks up??

turn the crank, there could be a chance that your piston is hiting the valve and not alowing the cam to turn because the valve its hiting the piston. if your valve is bent ot broken it will still turn. take your spark plugs off and ensure by looking in the holes that all pistons are at the half way piont and try again. Now if your cam is seaced witch ive never seen on a honda, just replace the head.

Hondas cams can seize. Happened to a 93 f22 Accord I had. Oil wasn't getting to the cam journals. Cam started fusing with the head, but then the cam snapped in half.
