F20b swap
I have a 94 Accord LX (CD5) and want to swap in an F20b. I have looked around and done some research but need guidance. Which is better to use, the p28 from the preludes or the p13? Unless someone knows where to find the PCB ecu that runs the engine in the SiR-t CF4s. Will I need a new wiring harness? Or should it be a simply drop in. The engine is closely related to the h22a just with a little less torque and some minor internal differences. Also, any other information that is useful and not unrelated and trivial would be greatly appreciated.

The P28 wasn't a Prelude ECU, the P13 was. Because of the lack of software support for the P13 (it's kind of a bastard stepchild in the Honda ECU family) and the fact that you don't already have an ECU for that engine, I'd go with a P28. It's going to have to get tuned for that engine anyway, and most of the tuning programs can start with the H22 or whatever maps using the P28. All Honda tuning software supports the P28, not all really support the P13 that I know of. I'll spare you the boring reasons why, they're not important.
If you have a 94 Accord, any OBD1 (92-95) Honda ECU should be a drop-in without any problems. Now the engine side of things, that may be a different story. That I can't say, because I've never touched that engine before and I'm not much of an Accord guy either.

IIRC I saw one of these swaps before. The guy had to do something with the distributor. Maybe the original car had an external coil, and the new car had an internal coil. I can't remember.

Ok. So I get the p28 ecu. What about the wiring harness? And what about the axles? I've heard to do the H's half-axles or just the intermediate ones that are with the F. I know I will learn alot just by doing it but wisdom kept to yourself dies while spreading it allows it to continue to live.
Also, if anyone has a p28 they dont need or know someone else who has one hit me up. Reasonable prices....
