EP3 rough idle now will not start, please help.
Got home from work Monday night everything was normal. Got in Tuesday morning started it up to warm it up before work it was cold and would not hold an idle so I gave it some throttle and it died again. Car would start and run then die no matter what I did. So I hopped in my Jeep and went to work, tried to start it when I got home and it was warmer out and did the same thing. Cleaned the IACV it was pretty gummed up and put it all back together and now the car cranks but will not fire and it sounds like the timing is off. I have not pulled the codes yet will do today when I buy a scan tool. Everything is labeled under the hood for connections they all went back on the correct plugs.
The car is supercharged on a JRSC kit. I checked the TPS while it was off and it is within spec on the ohm meter. I don't think and hope it isn't the timing because it did run and fire right before I pulled the throttle body off and I have not changed anything. Any help is appreciated. Will post codes shortly.

That code is for A/F Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction. Nothing to do with the TPS. The link has pics of the service manual troubleshooting steps.

Just checked the TPS while the TB was off to make sure I could at lease rule that out never thought it was. Checked the fuses in everything above going to check the pins when the ground dries a little bit and I can crawl under and not be more miserable. Any other help? My car will not start the guys in the link sounds like it starts and runs he just was trying to get the CEL fixed. Shes about to get drug to the shop.

I've been cranking on it for two days now its just drained. Put everything back together and tried to jump it and no dice. I don't understand how timing can just be thrown off but I'm running out of ideas.

Sounds like the map sensor, put that meter from the signal wire and sensor ground to see if the value changes while cranking. Then go from the sensor power to sensor ground (while cranking) as a reference and compare amount of voltage drop. If the votage stays the same on the signal wire or is equal to the amount of drop as the sensor power test, replace the map sensor. I would start with fully charging the battery.
