Default EJ1 flooded and wont start

okay my 95 civic was parked in ov when it got flooded about 5 days ago. the water was up to the point that i couldnt see my front end. the exhaust was completely submerged in water as well. of course my interior got swamped. ive already drained, flushed, and changed my tranny fluid and oil. ive pulled my spark plugs out and cranked it to see if water would shoot out of the motor. nothing shot out. its been drying drying drying and drying since friday. ive tried starting it and still wont start. at first when i tried started it it cranked a little bit but then stopped. normally right before i turn the key for ignition it beeps about 6 or 7 times i think. i cant remember how many times but it used to beep. another thing i noticed is that all the warning lights on the gauge cluster would light up. now the engine light flickers like it doesnt work and the oil light is brightly on. the battery also has a hard time holding a charge now. when i tried starting the first time it cranked shortly but now does nothing. a few minutes later i could smell gas coming from underneath the motor. am i fucked to the point where i should consider doing a swap finally or is there still hope for my motor..???

actually yea... LOL!

there was a red crv parked at the bottom of the parking lot closest to the water... by the time the person got there, the water was up to the bottom of the window! HEHE... the whole street was flooded outside our dorm, so i hitched a ride in the back of a pickup truck to get across and go to the next dorm over to eat and the cafeteria... lol
