Enigma

So, the cable will only work when it is cold outside. I ordered a new one tonight from Majestic.

I'm going to reroute this one through the engine bay since it is a serious security issue on this chassis.

I'm wondering if anyone has used a shorter one from a Civic or Integra?

What is the part number for the rubber grommets used to plug the old hole?

Is there a better way of getting the clips to hold it on besides the $3 I found online (Majestic)?

Note: I'm trying to keep this thing as close to OEM Honda as possible. Even the non-OEM vacuum caps bug me.
