with a jumper harness, yes. But the p28 is an obd1 and the 98 gsr is obd2, so you would also need hondata, and AT LEAST a base map. I have one for sale if your looking. S100 hondata btw.

no, like I said, you need a jumper harness. My old ecu has a tune that cant be used by a regular car. It needs a base map put on it.
