You're going to need A LOT to do it. Front timing cover, lower intake manifold, under s/c IC, IC pump, all the random nuts and bolts, all the sensors and wiring that are extra in it, throttle body, plenum, pretty sure different alternator, should be different power steering lines, etc. So A LOT of stuff that will make it not worth it.

That's the easy part...SCT.
The problem is you'll have to replace the intake manifold and all the other assoiciated parts like Scoutin. In theory, it's a 5.4 like the Lightining, but the 112 that was in the Cobra had a different case then the one in the L which has a different case then other 112s and I don't know which this kid has.
So in short, bad decision to buy the S/c

Not only the inlet being different but you'll never push the numbers on a 5.4 that you will on a cobra with the size difference in the motors. 3.65 is the stock cobra pulley and 2.93 is stock on lightnings. The m112 doesn't breathe for crap and 2.7 is about as small as a functional pulley will go, and that is even soso without a port job in it. Once you go that small you're going to be looking into different belt tensioners and worry about belt slip with the decrease in contact area on the pulley.
