Default DSM Super 16G

Hey i will have a super 16g turbo upgrade kit and a ported exhuast manifold on the way within a week is there any tips or any problems i should know about when i go to put it on cuz i really dont wanna have my car jacked up for 2 weeks cuz i did something wrong...

Just make sure you have some oil (about a quart or 2) and antifreeze to cover what comes out. Also get something that you can use to plug the antifreeze lines with so they don't leak all the fluid out.

kool stuff...i got the ported exhaust manifold comin with it and a ported o2 housing comes with the kit...and i got 3 inch exhaust from the manifold back so i think ill be alrite with that

Replace turbo stud with bolt. Useful tip. The install is really easy.

I've got a few of them if you want one.

And if you are replacing the manifold too. Get some power steering fluid and start puting it on your studs to get them to free up. I did it about every morning before I took it off for about 2 weeks. Using power steering fluid will not stink when it burns and has a high burn point so it will stay on there longer. Thats what I did and didn't break any of the studs. If you can I would replace the studs while you have the manifold off. One of mine broke when tightening them back on. : (

does anyone know how much the studs run? i kno mitsubishi is a rip off when it comes to parts...
