do it yourself black housing

does anybody know how to do the black housing for 96-00 civic headlights?

don't ask brandon, he melted a set once :P

but it's a very simple procedure and we've done a couple sets.

- remove bumper
- remove headlights
- remove lights/rubber from unit
- 8 minutes at 200 degrees on tray
- start prying open with screwdriver....may have to put back in oven for 2 minutes
- tape off turnsignal area
- prime
- paint a few coats
- let dry
- assemble housing, put back in oven for 8 minutes at 200 degrees
- push back together tightly when hot
- apply silicon to unit for extra water protection
