do i need motor mount inserts?
i have a 99 civic dx with a stock d16y7. whenever i give the car gas the shift lever moves(not vibrates). it "wiggles" i guess you could say. it also is ver hard to get into reverse and it makes switching gears harder sometimes. i was told i need motor mount insersts and dampers. i just wanted to run it by all of you guys to see what you think. thanks

Re: do i need motor mount inserts?
no. you need new mounts
and what were you doing to a 99 to make it need new mounts so soon with a stock engine? If the motor is moving excessively you need new mounts how hard is this shit |
Re: do i need motor mount inserts?
I agree with (F-) buy new mounts and inserts and you should be fine from there. Unless you want to be cheap you might be able to get away with just inserts
