Exclamation dirty/foggie head lights

hey was up...im hoping to that some one would know how to clean the head lights on a civic...like a foggie build up is in it and i tried to wipeing it down but it wont come off... im hopeing some one would help me out...thnx! ingatz!

wet sand = soap/water w/2000grit sandpaper

& buff them out
