Default Different Master Cylinder for Teg?

i have a 93 integra (DA9) i am in the process of installing a Jackson Racing Super Charger... ran into a few bumps... biggest thing now is the the master cylinder is in the way a bout 2in and 1in forward... i was wondering what i can do to fix this problem... is there a "smaller/short" Master Cyl. that i can replace it with from another make/ model (ex. 95 civic). what are some suggestions... thank you

90 civic may work. it is smaller but not sure how much. but you will also lose a lil bit of stopping power
