difference between b17 and b16 cams

Default difference between b17 and b16 cams
is it worth switching from the b16 to the b17 or do they have the same lift and duration. The head is a non obd head from japan, if that helps.

pretty sure the heads are the exact same, it's just the bottom end thats different on the two.

yes they are the same. the b18c1 has a little different profile. but the b16 and b17 are pretty much the same.
