Death to whoever bestowed thy wheel locks. HELP
1998 BMW M3 Coupe
Bought the car, little bit of a project, now I'm trying to get the wheels off to bleed the brakes and put my BBS's on. I've searched, asked, and experimented so please don't tell me to.
1. As per a DIY thread I tried a 19mm socket and breaker bar, FAIL. (Socket turns on its own w/o wheel lock)
2. I've tried impact socket and wrench, FAIL. (Socket & Wheel lock will not move, at all....now socket is stuck on drivers side wheel lock.) DOUBLE FAIL
3. I've tried using different wheel locks, FAIL.
4. I've tried WD-40, PB Blaster, and heating the socket up, FAIL.
5. Borrowed a wheel lock removal kit from a shop, none of their lock removers fit. FAIL
Any ideas? I have a close friend who's a certified welder who says he can weld a lug or socket on top and get it off but I'm worried about my immaculate LTWs. Any suggestions would help, I hate taking my cars to the shop. I've had some bad luck and prefer to do the work myself, even when its 19 degrees out.
Thanks.

Pics of wheel locks for further investigation?
Otherwise it looks like welding is your only option.

Identical to the lug bolts on the far right.
