My d16z6 wont start. Can turn key, hear fuel pump turn on, then starter, but no motor reaction what so ever. The day before i was hearing a tapping sound (assume it was valves) on the way home from work downshifted going up a hill and heard a high pitched squeel, then the tapping got worse and higher pitched as well. Got home, then when i went to leave, it wouldnt start. Any help greatly appreciated. Im assuming distributor? Thanks in advance for the help

u said you have "no motor reaction" by that do u mean its not turning over when u turn the key?? if so then your distributor is not your problem

Bring it to Ramey Built and tell him you need your vtec oil changed, takes two minutes for him to do it.
