If you want to put a trans in your CRX the right way then you need a cable ZC trans and halfshaft plus 90-93 Teg axles. Before putting the axles in: pop out the big washer on the inside of the hub. Now you have an equal length axle set up on a crx correctly.

H motors has the trans and halfshaft. I did this mod on my crx and I love it. Everything fits together and looks factory. Less torque steer

Or use the kit I listed above and when OP realizes d series suck and are starting to get few in numbers, he can use it on a b series. With b series he can use it on a bunch of great transmissions with lsd and have no torque steer.

O rly?

You're totally right. There just is not enough D series to go around . . . soon they'll all be gone.
D's are cheap and easy. And if OP wants his shit right he'll listen to me. Plenty of CIVIC/CRX ZC transmissions availible from JDM disrtributors. The D16A6 also has the bolt holes already tapped for the ZC halfshaft stock.
