car is a 99 civic ex coupe..just dropped an obd1 d15b8 with original car harness..didnt use vtec..converted to 0bd1 and running a po6 or 92-95 lx ecu..the guy that i bought it from power washed the engine..1 injector was missing..i think water got in..took plugs out and found the # 3 and #4 plugs dripping with oil..kind of watery thick...im running the lx i/m and throttle body.. car wont start now...im using the stock ex dizzy..and its firing order..3 injectors are the same but 1..all are obd1 though..need help
or water has gotten into some plugs...check all your fuses also..see if something got wet and blew the fuse..

Will it turn over?
Big difference between not starting and not turning over.
Is the P06 a known ecu? Conversion harness good?
Stupid question: why convert to OBD1? If you use the P2P, you might see a couple codes like # 2 O2 sensor, but it should run with check engine light on.
