im pretty sure it will fit,almost all the dseries are interchangable

Ya, just compare part numbers at a parts store, all d series oil pans are the same, i think even the zc is the same.

Yessir, It will fit. I had used a D16a6 oil pan on my D16y8. gotta love how Honda make's things so easy
