I'm looking to buy some motor mounts for my civic (d16). I keep seeing "fits D/B series." So my question is are d series and b series mounts the same?

no. depending what motor and what chassis, one or 2 might be the same, but to just buy any b/d mounts will not give you what you need

on 96-00 civic chasis the soild mounts are the same for b and d-series the only diff. is that the 99-00 si/b-series swap is the rear k-bracket and the timing belt bracket(the one thats is on the block under the cam gears)everything else is the same....so order the soild mounts for ur car if its a 96-00 civic and they will work fine.....

If you're looking online, sometimes they have the mounts grouped in the same category. They'll usually have different part numbers for D and B series, or a drop down menu when you go to buy them. Is that what you're talking about?

Yes, I was looking at Hasport and there listed under the same part. The only option is how hard.

b/d after market mounts for the ek chasis are the same....so they will have the same part number and everything....the only diff between b/d is the timming belt bracket and the rear k-bracket.....thats it

if its an ek then it should
