got my hotpipe coming in from heavy throttle who should i take it to to put a custom flange on for my apexi BOV?

go to a metal supply shop, get some 1/4 thick steel plate, a 1 1/2" hole saw and a 1/4" drill bit. theres your flange.

then you need it welded to piping. bring your creation to a muffler shop with the pipe where you want it at. 10 bucks i'm sure they'll hook you up/
