crx w/ 230k engine...help

What would be the best thing to do to a 91 CRX Si with about 230k miles on the engine (has had oil changes every 3 months) so it wont blow up on me? PM and let me know anything i can do to my car to help it out, i would really appreciate it, thx. :D

Just keep up on all the normal maintance...Head gasket, timing belt, spark plugs, wires and keep a eye on the fluids and keep them topped off.

I had a 91 teg with 215k miles and it ran perfect! I sold it with 235K and it still ran stronger then ever. It had a lightened flywheel and exhaust, and could beat ls swapped hatchbacks and crx's so.....

baby it... I have a Stock 90 Integra with 274k, Has 210psi on all 4 cylinders. But it has a slight rod knock when you first start it up in the morning. It goes away once the oil circulates. Just make sure to keep the maintenance up on it and keep the rpms down. :)
