there should be a wire running through the center of the steering column. the hub should have a place for a wire to hook up too (i know momo hubs do), this will act as a ground, run the wire from the hub to the horn button on the steering wheel, the other side of the horn button will connect to the factory wire running through the center of the steering column. that should be it.
if that does not work, check fuses.
if that does not work, check fuses.
