CRX HF Air intake and Exhaust questions?

Hey guys i have a "BEATER" crx its my daily driver and yes its slower then crap... any ways... i just want to make the car breath a little better let alone MAYBE perform a little better? the problems im running into is because the car is not the "SI" model i dont find ANY parts for it... so heres my questions

as for the air intake...

Who makes one and if not...
will one made for the SI CRX work?

As for exhaust..
who makes one and if not..
will one for the SI crx work?
