clutch sticking to the floor?

Default clutch sticking to the floor?

i just replaced the clutch and flywheel in my car and i go to start it up and press in the clutch and it jus sticks to the floor and doesnt come back up unless i pull it up with my hand. does anyone know why this would happen? car is an 2003 evo 8

Needs to be bleed,may have a leak,make have a bad clutch slave cylinder,may have a clutch master cylinder.

Same thing happened to my 95 prelude, bleed/fill clutch master cylinder. It might be bad, mine was, weird coincidence!

Did you happen to push the clutch pedal while the slave cylinder was disconnected? If so you'll be replace the slave cylinder.

Bleed the system

Replace slave cyliner

Replace clutch master cylinder

Id go in that order.

same problem with my 94 prelude, i had a leak in the clutch fluid line.. filled it up, pumped the clutch and good to go.
