Default Clutch Going?

My car (94 Accord EX 5 spd) is going through clutch fluid really fast for some reason (have to fill it once a week). I automatically assumed it's time to replace the clutch, but i know very little about cars. Can anyone help or give a word of advice?

Check for leaks from the slave cylinder.

not sure on a honda, but on a 240...it leads from the clutch fluid reservoir to the side of the tranny.

look on the frontside of the transmission (the left side if you are looking at the car). you'll see a little rubber boot in the shape of a box. it's inside this rubber boot. there are two 12mm bolts holding the slave in place on the transmission, remove the two 12mm bolts and pull the slave back and see if fluid is leaking out of it or if it is moist anywhere.
