Civic Harness

I have a 99 coupe with an ls in it trying to use a stock harness. Everything is plugged up but the dist. plug from the engine harness is a small skinny gray plug while the plug on the dist. harness has a phat thick gray one. Obviously they don't match, I've looked at several other dist. from other years and get the same result.Does anybody know if I can use any other harness from other cars, maybe something like a 99-00 SI harness, without having to replace the harness under the dash. I need to be able to use an engine harness that goes to just the ecu.any suggestions will be helpful.

...or what if I decide to put 99 b16 head, what harness would I use then. Do I keep the stock 99 ex harness or do I go ahead and run the si harness?

Okay, what year LS is it? If it's a compatible generation, you may just need to swap/splice the plugs, not the whole harness. A little soldering and you're done. Well, hopefully.
So what year LS is it?
