Civic ek hatch question

Just randomly yesterday when I turned my car on whenever I turned on the radio the back left speaker made a shrieking or squealing sound but it's still working and it's not like I've been turning I it up too loud any help on this?

It just seemed like such an easy fix and would take little time to fix if you had the will. Probably along the lines of a wire grounding out picking up interference from another component.
