Default civic axles
if i have a 96 civic with a ls motor and b16 tranny i need axles for the b16 tranny not the 96 civic right?

No. not any b-series axels will work.
You have to get 94-01 integra axels or 99-00 civic si axels. B-series EG axels are to short for an EK.
