Cut off the roof, make it a convertible.
Run two spare tires in the rear.
Ditch everything from the engine bay... AC, Power Steering, ABS and all associated equipment.
Gut the stereo and speakers.
Gut the entire interior... everything but the drivers seat.

Ditch your airbox and get a cone filter. May not make an improvement though. And making your car a convertible would probably not help because of drag. Not like you'd do it anyways though.

-disconnect the a/c
-take off the power steering = like 1000 horsepower
-gut the interior
-take off your road runner mud flaps
yah basically what fastx7 said.... and also u can take ur exhaust off...you dont need it...i dont know the legality of it but u can probably get tips and add piping till ur rear bumper
but since i have resonators there isnt that much sound difference
