cel on swapped eg
just started the eg after swapping in an obd1 zc. when at about 1500rpm it acts like its hitting a rev limiter sounds like a leaking injector but is not cel light is on checked all connections and are fine cant figure out what it is. any clues?

Does the CEL come on when it acts up at 1500 RPM or does it light as soon as you turn the key? It sounds like you're in limp home mode, is it running really rich? Which ECU are you using?

using the zc ecu that came with the swap. the thing is the zc came with a single wire o2 sensor. the harness i used called a four wire o2sensor. the cel comes on when i give it some throttle

So you have a ZC ECU, and a ZC engine, so you should wire it for the single wire o2 sensor, and if you don't have a ZC ECU, just use a non-ZC O2 sensor that is compatible with the ECU..
