car want start...

I have a 98 Honda civic that want start. motor want turnover and we have changed the distributor changed the coils. we have no spark and have no clue what it could be now except maybe relay...
any suggestions please help

It won't turn over...? Does that mean that it won't crank, or that it won't transition from cranking to running?

GET THE WIRING DIAGRAM!

IF IT WONT CRANK, MAKE SURE YOU GOT CLOSE TO 12.6 VOLTS.

Might want to take the spark plugs out. If they're wet, then you got a blown headgasket.

IF IT CRANKS, and you have checked for spark and compression, THEN YOU NEED THE FUEL PUMP WIRING DIAGRAM.
