Car troubles
when i turn the lights on in my car, the car idles down,(about 200rpms), then goes back up.
Or when i turn the heat on.
is it my battery that is just not strong enough?
Or would it be my alternator?
anything information will help, thanks.

Hmmm, I would change the blinker fluid first.
