Default Can you fix my toyota truck. $

1996 Totota tacoma,
4wd V6

Background, I just moved here from NY about 2 months ago. So I dont know any reputable shops around the area. I want someone who is good at diagnosing cars. I have little I can do, Its OBD2 and I dont have a scan tool to get valuable information. Any help would be great

About a month ago, it through a check engine light. No symptoms, just erased the code, and it stayed off till 2 days ago.
Then today on the highway i came to a stop and they engine idles at 3500rpms. Even if i kept the clutch in.
Checked the codes its throwing 3

*P0110 Intake air temp circuit malfunction.
*P0120 TPS/ Petal position sensor. Sensor A Ciruit Malfunction.
*P0510 Closed Throttle Postion Switch

I cleaned the throttle body, (incase the butterfly was getting hung up due to carbon build up.
I tried a autozone tps. - Didn't help.
Tried a Mass Airflow sensor that was said to be good. - Did nothing.
I was told to check my grounds, I bought a grounding kit. - Did nothing

I took the truck to toyota, they said that they wanted to do the following
1. Induction service -$150
2. TPS.- $200
3. Mass Air flow sensor.- $800

not sure where yorktown is, but I really cant drive it.
I imagine the clutch is not too fond of me driving it while it runs at 3500k. :/

sounds like the maf just took a dump, along w/ ur tps and ur idle control motor. if the idle control motor is hung open for whatever reason (i think if the closed throttle circuit is shorted its causing the idle control motor to go wide open causing an increase in air flow, making the engine rev up). the intake air temp sensor is part of the MAF, the circuit closed and tps are both TPS related codes. where are you located?
