Default camber kits?downfalls and benefits

well i need to get new tires and dont want them to go bad quickly so i planned to get both a front and rear camber kit,the thing is i heard if you have a camber kit you have to raise the car.This is how my car sits now and yes it is dumped but i cant raise it,the bolt that is in the perch is stripped so it stuck that low,so my question is will i be able to put a camber kit on and keep my car this low??

negative things;
1) upper front control arm ball joint will tap agains the fender under full suspension compression.
2) possibly puncture holes in the upper wheel well sheet metal.
3) upper sheet metal could fatigue and separate from the body.
