Default A/C blower fan

I drive a 94 Integra Ls and everything was working fine. The other day, I was on my way to class and I heard a loud noise coming from under my dash from the glove box. I turn down my music and then turn of the blower for the Ac/heat. The noise winds down then goes away. I turn it back on and the noise does not come back on. Now that it is getting really cold, I use the heat alot. The noise now always comes on when I turn of the blower. I was on a road trip with my girl the other day and I got her to kick the blower box right underneath the dash and the noise stops. But everytime I went over a bump the noise would return. Do yall have any suggestions? Should I replace the blower box or should I take it apart to see if anything is inside? I think the fan inside is off balance or something. Thank you. Any positive help would be great.

If I do replace the box, can I replace it with a box from a DA (90-93 Integra)?

just get another blower motor from a salvage yard and swap it out. it sounds like yours is shot. if you get one I can replace it for a small fee

Thats what I thought at first. But it sounds way to horrible to be a leaf. It sounds kinda like plastic.

Lol I have heard of people finding dead rats and shit in the blowers. I am almost afraid of opening that shit up.

Also, do i gotta take out the dash to take this thing out? I hope not.

its right under the dash on the passenger side. its pointing upward. not terribly hard to get to. its a tad easier if you remove the glove box.

look right under the glove box u will see 2 wires going to the blower motor and 1 connecter. disconnect the connector i wanna say its either grey or white colored and there will be 3, 10 mm screws holding the blower motor in place. once the screws are removed the whole blower motor should come down with ez. im 99% sure u just have a leaf or some trash in the motor. usually when the blower motor goes bad it just stops working it doesnt usually make noise.
