Brand New BOV not working..
Vehicle : 05 WRX
miles : 10k
Mods : Stage 1 Utec Delta, turbo back, intake, Bov = Sard r2d2
Problems..
Bov wont vent everytime. Bov is not responsive. T'd off from the original vacuum line that went to recirc valve

Is it intermittent all the time? Or not work at all / rarely?
Try and tighten the spring. The bov may just be too loose and venting constantly.
